San Pedro Road Median Landscaping Assessment District (PW) 1) Resolution Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of San Rafael and the County of Marin Concerning the Formation of the Pt. San Pedro Road Median Landscaping Assessment District and Rescinding Former Resolution No. 13128 Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution 2) Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Rafael Declaring its Intention to Order Formation of the Pt.
