THEREOF ENTITLED "ENCROACHMENTS IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY" TO ADD NEW
DEFINITIONS, NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR ENCROACHMENTS FOR EMERGENCY WORK, AND
NEW CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS FOR WORK DAMAGING PUBLIC STREETS; AND BY
