District-Based City Elections Consideration of An Ordinance of the City of San Rafael Establishing a By-District Election Process in Four Council Districts Pursuant to California Elections Code § 10010 & California Government Code §§ 34871(C) & 34886 (CA) Recommended Action – Select a preferred district map and pass ordinance to print COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS / REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: (including AB 1234 Reports on Meetings and Conferences Attended at City Expense) 7.
