REGULATIONS), AND CHAPTER 14.17 (PERFORMANCE STANDARDS) TO AMEND PERMIT AND
PERFORMANCE STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR LARGE FAMILY DAY CARE HOMES FOR
CHILDREN LOCATED IN RESIDENTIAL AND RESIDENTIAL/OFFICE DISTRICTS (Z014-001) (CD)

Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement for Professional Planning Services
with Lisa Newman (d.b.a. Newman Planning Associates) for Assistance Needed to Prepare an Initial

809 B Street and 1212 and 1214 Second Street (Terms of Agreement: September 15, 2014 Through
