City Manager's Report City Manager Jim Schutz: • Announced the Marin County Job Fair event to be held on Thursday, June 7th from 11-2 p.m. at the San Rafael Community Center; • Announced the Permanent Transit Center meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 12th from 5:30-7 p.m. at Whistlestop; • Reported on the temporary bike lane pilot program on Tamalpais Avenue Mayor Phillips CONSENT CALENDAR: 4. D Street and Via Sessi Storm Drain Improvements Resolution Awarding, and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute, a Construction Agreement for the D Street and Via Sessi Storm Drain Improvements to Ghilotti Bros. Inc., in the Amount of $174,735; and Authorizing Contingency Funds in the Amount of $19,265 for a Total Appropriated Amount of $194,000 (PW) D St. & Via Sessi Storm Drains RESOLUTION NO. 14514 – RESOLUTION AWARDING, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE, A CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT FOR THE D STREET AND VIA SESSI STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO GHILOTTI BROS. There was no second for the motion. Mayor Phillips Councilmember Gamblin Councilmember Gamblin moved and Councilmember McCullough seconded to table the item to the next City Council meeting on June 18th to provide the City Council the opportunity to review the request in more detail.
