City Manager’s Report • City Manager Jim Schutz announced: o Statewide Primary Election on June 5, 2018 and discussed Measure G, City of San Rafael's Commercial Cannabis Business Tax; o Bike to Work Day on Thursday, May 10th o The City is collecting feedback regarding the temporary pilot bike lane program; o May Madness on Saturday, May 12th o City of San Rafael was awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Mayor Phillips CONSENT CALENDAR: 4.
