Reappointment of Salamah Locks to Fill One Three-Year Term to the end of June, 2018 on the Marin County Commission on Aging (CC) Recommended Action – Approve staff recommendation c. Resolution of the City Council (CC): 1. Proposing a General Municipal Election, Including the San Rafael Elementary School District and the San Rafael High School District General Election, to be held on Tuesday, November 3 2015; 2. Requesting the Board of Supervisors to Consolidate with any other Election Conducted on the same Date; 3. Requesting Election Services by the Registrar of Voters; and 4. Reaffirming Policy Regarding Number of Words in Candidate’s Statement of Qualifications and Providing that the Cost of Printing and Handling Statement of Qualifications shall be Borne by the Candidate and Paid for at the time Nomination Papers are Filed (CC) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution d. Second Reading and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 1932 (PW) An Ordinance of the City of San Rafael amending the San Rafael Municipal Code by amending Chapter 9.30 thereof entitled "Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention" for the Purpose of Adopting New Construction and Post-Construction Stormwater Management Requirements as Prescribed by the City's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II Stormwater Permit Recommended Action – Approve final adoption of Ordinance No. 1932 m. Resolution Approving a Creek Maintenance Agreement with Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and Authorizing the Acting Director of Public Works to Sign the Agreement on Behalf of the City (PW) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution n.
