San Pedro Road) OPEN TIME FOR PUBLIC EXPRESSION – 7:00 PM The public is welcome to address the City Council at this time on matters not on the agenda that are within its jurisdiction. Please be advised that pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the City Council is not permitted to discuss or take action on any matter not on the agenda unless it determines that an emergency exists, or that there is a need to take immediate action which arose following posting of the agenda. Comments may be no longer than two minutes and should be respectful to the community. CONSENT CALENDAR: The opportunity for public comment on consent calendar items will occur prior to the City Council’s vote on the Consent Calendar. The City Council may approve the entire consent calendar with one action. Resolution Authorizing Street Closures for the Final Leg Torch Run for the 2015 Special Olympics on Monday, July 13, 2015, Fourth Street from Lootens to A Street from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (ED) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution c. Resolution to Authorize the City Manager to Enter Into a Professional Services Agreement with the Phoenix Group for Information Technology Project Management Services (MS) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution d. Resolution to Authorize the City Manager to Enter into a Professional Services Agreement with MarinIT, Inc. for Network Support Services (MS) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution e. Resolution to Waive Formal Bidding Procedures and Authorize the City Manager to Enter into Agreements with AT&T to Purchase Telecommunications Services Under the State of California’s CALNET 3 Contract (MS) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution f.
