She has made multi-billion dollar decisions about public safety for 18 years. As a Public
Utilities Commission Judge, she heard the tragic stories of the San Bruno gas explosion
victims and was reminded of the vital role of our first responders.

• Restore our police department to full operating capacity with the staffing, training,
