CONSENT CALENDAR:
The opportunity for public comment on consent calendar items will occur prior to the
City Council’s vote on the Consent Calendar. The City Council may approve the entire
consent calendar with one action. In the alternative, items on the Consent Calendar
may be removed by any City Council or staff member, for separate discussion and
vote.

Second Reading and Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 1962 - An Ordinance of the San
Rafael City Council Approving an Amendment to Planned Development (PD-1590)
Zoning to: 1) Separate 1650 Los Gamos Drive from Existing PD-1590 and 2) Create a
New PD Zoning District for 1650 Los Gamos Drive with Land Use Regulations and
Development Standards to Allow Medical Office Use in Addition to General Office Uses

Resolution Authorizing Temporary Closure of Pt. San Pedro Road from Riviera Drive to

Final Engineering Design and Environmental Clearance Services Associated with the
San Quentin Pump Station Reconstruction Project, in the Amount of $245,979, for a
Total Contract Not-to-Exceed Amount of $374,017 (PW)
