City Manager’s Report: CONSENT CALENDAR: The opportunity for public comment on consent calendar items will occur prior to the City Council’s vote on the Consent Calendar. The City Council may approve the entire consent calendar with one action. Surplus Property Conveyance Resolution Approving the Conveyance of Surplus City Property to the State of California in Connection with the Widening of the Northbound U.S. 101/Eastbound I- 580 Freeway Off-ramp (PW) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution l. Rental Discrimination Ordinance Consideration of an Ordinance of the City of San Rafael Amending the San Rafael Municipal Code by Adding New Chapter 10.98 Concerning “Source of Income” Discrimination in Rental Housing (CM) Recommended Action – Pass Ordinance to Print OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: 7.
