RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
SOUTHERN HEIGHTS SANITARY SEWER RELOCATION (PrnaPri- 9614-70-131)
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and W. K. McLELLAN CO. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
30th day of September , 19__,,_.
I, MARION A. GRAVY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday, , the 16th day of
August , 19_11_ by the following vote, to -wit:
