RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and welfare
require that the real property hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for
the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain deed for and on
behalf of the City of San Rafael and the real property described therein, all
as more particularly described and set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to cause said deed to be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this
resolution.

HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on

Beginning at a Standard Street Monument marking the northerly terminus of the course
"North 16°30'00" E.ist, 7.16. 27 feet" on the centerline of Paul Drive, as shown on the
"Map of Northgate Industrial Park in the City of San Rafael, California", recorded in
Book 12 of Maps at page 11, Marin County Records, said course (North 16°30100" East)
being the Basis of Dearing of this description;thence North 5°00'00" Uist, 119.62 feet
to a Standard Street Monument; thence North 6030'00" West, 458. 677 feet; thence South
-79°57'46" East, 720. 18 feet to a point on the easterly boundary of Parcel 1 of the
lands conveyed by Edward Smith et al to the State of California by Deed recorded July
2, 1969 in Volume 2309 at page 411, Marin County Records, which point bears South
10002114" West, 60. 005 feet along said easterly boundary (2309 O. R. 411) from the
northeast corner thereof, and is the true point of beginning of this description; thence
