RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE ALLARDT'S CANAL SURVEY Upon application of the Surveyor therefor, and due cause being shown this City Council: BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the survey of ALLARDT'S CANAL provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and HOFFMAN & ALBRITTON , as Surveyor, shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the 20th day of November , 19 72 I, MARION A GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday , the 2nd day of October 19 72 by the following vote, to -wit: AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini NOES: COUNCILMEN : None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN : Barbier MARION A.
