RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR
U.S. 101 VIADUCT PARKING LOTS BETWEEN 4TH ST. AND 5TH AVE. AND
BETWEEN 5TH AVE. AND MISSION AVE. - PROJECT NO. 9323 - 72.159
WHEREAS,
City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City
Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi-
cations entitled:
U.S. 101 Viaduct Parking Lots Between
4th St. and 5th Ave. and Between 5th Ave.
and Mission Ave. - Project No. 9323 - 72.159
and WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said plans and
specifications and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that said plans and specifi-
cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi-
cations for doing said work;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be
and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner
provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for doing said work, which
said notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of
the time and place hereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declar-
ing said proposals, to -wit:
10:00 o'clock A.M., Tuesday, the 2nd day of January,
1973 at the office of the City Clerk, Room 204, City
Hall, 1400 Fifth Ave., San Rafael, California 94902.
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday the 18th
day of December , 19 72 , by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
