Miscellaneous Fees
In March of 1973 new election legislation, (SB 199), requires a filing fee to be
submitted with nomination papers in an amount proportionate to the costs of pro-
cessing such nomination papers as Council may set, but not to exceed $25.00.
The Marin County Clerk has suggested that all cities and the County adopt a uni-
form fee of 1-25.00 -0_
