APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL JOINT MEETING OF JUNE 14, 1994 (BUDGET HEARING) Member Thayer stated she has a question regarding the minutes of June 14, 1994, SRRA MINUTES (Regular) 7/5/94 Page 1 SRRA MINUTES (Regular) 7/5/94 Page 2 bottom of page 1, second subparagraph after it states "Finance Director Coleman reviewed some of the major revenue sources, noting the following": It says, "This year is the first time in two years that there has been a turnaround in sales tax; previously there had been a decline. Two years ago, the sales tax revenue was $10.7 million; this year it is just under $10 million". She asked if that is an error. Chairman Boro explained that it has gone down and now it is coming back up. Finance Director Coleman explained that three years ago it was $10.7 million, and then it declined for two years and was under $10 million, and this year it has climbed back up 1% over last year. It is still about $200,000 below the higher figure. Member Thayer stated she is satisfied with the explanation. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 PM. JEANNE M.
