OPEN SESSION - CITY COUNCIL
Present: Albert J. Boro, Mayor
Paul M. Cohen, Councilmember
Barbara Heller, Council
Joan Thayer, Councilmember
David J. Zappetini, Councilmember
Absent: None
Mayor Boro announced in Open Session that the City Council would be going into Closed
Session to discuss the following Closed Session item:
CLOSED SESSION - CONFERENCE ROOM 201
Conference with Labor Negotiator, Austris Rungis/Daryl Chandler (Government Code Section
54957.6)
Employee Organizations:
■ San Rafael Police Association
■ San Rafael Firefighters' Association
■ M.A.P.E.
■ Police Mid -Management Association
The City Council then met in Closed Session in Conference Room 201 to discuss the above-
mentioned item.

Mayor Boro announced that no reportable action was taken.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 PM.
