After the above repairs are complete and ladders are reassembled, the aerial device
will be subjected to examination and testing performed by Underwriters
Laboratories. The testing will be in accordance with NFPA standard 1911 and will
verify that any non-compliant items have been corrected and the aerial device is
compliant with Chapter 22 of NFPA 1911. A certificate of compliance will be
issued.
