DESCRIPTION:
BKF and its consultant team will provide the following services associated
with the Multi -Use Path and related lighting:
➢ MUP Lighting Electrical Design. Electrical design services will be
provided through a sub -consultant to BKF, Zeiger Engineers, Inc., and
will include:
o Design lighting circuits for selected LED fixtures
o Determine wire sizing and quantity within conduit
o Determine service pedestal and breaker sizing and design
o Prepare approximately loading information for PG&E
TASK(S):
service application
o Prepare electrical circuit design drawings
o Provide construction administration support
Y Construction Cost Estimating. Cost estimating services will be
provided through a sub -consultant to BKF, CECG, and will include a
material take -off information and a preliminary cost estimate based
on draft improvement drawings and a final cost estimate based on
final construction drawings.
➢ Project Management, Quality Control and reimbursable expenses
associated with the above services
