KELSEY L. ROGERS FOR LEGISLATIVE ANALYSIS SERVICES
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT to the Agreement for Professional Services by and
between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL (hereinafter "CITY"), and KELSEY L. ROGERS
(hereinafter "CONTRACTOR"), is made and entered into this day of k0e,
2019.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, CITY and CONTRACTOR entered into a one-year "Agreement for
Professional Services" dated December 7, 2017 for legislative analysis services for the Marin
County Council of Mayors and Councilmembers ("MCCMC") (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5 of the Agreement, upon expiration of the initial term
on December 31, 2018, CITY and CONTRACTOR agreed to renew and extend the Agreement
for an additional one-year term, which renewal was reduced to writing in an Amendment to the
Agreement dated March 6, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation
payable to CONTRACTOR for valuable services rendered during the current term;
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Paragraph 4 of the Agreement, entitled "COMPENSATION," is hereby amended
to include additional compensation payable to CONTRACTOR for the services
described in the Agreement during the current term, in the sum of $2,500, and to
change the total not -to -exceed amount under the Agreement to $10,000.00.
2. Except as specifically amended herein, all of the other provisions, terms and
obligations of the Agreement between the parties, as amended on March 6, 2019,
shall remain valid and shall be in full force.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment on the
day, month, and year first above written.
