Concessions •Height 36 feet to 48 feet •Lot Coverage 60% to 66% Development Project Four-story building •Ground floor podium parking area with 18 parking. •Level 2 would accommodate a 60-bed emergency shelter to replace the existing shelter. •Levels 3 and 4 would accommodate 32 single-room occupancy supportive housing units (16 units on each floor) with shared common areas. Perspective Drawing Fee Waiver •Applicant request waiver of planning & building fees. •Planning Fee waiver would be offset by an SB2 grant. •Building Fee waiver not part of City Council Action tonight Planning Commission Recommendation Planning Commission •Recommended approval of requested entitlements. •Directed Planning Staff coordinate with public works staff to evaluate the need for pedestrian safety.
