The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway, and Transportation District (GGBHTD/District) and the City
of San Rafael (City) entered into a License Agreement as of October 1, 2014 for the limited
purpose of parking a mobile command trailer/modular and conducting occasional San Rafael
Police Department (SR -PD) motorcycle drivers training exercises at the San Rafael
Administration and Bus Facility property.
This letter agreement adds to Paragraph 1.Grant of License for the additional limited purpose of
allowing the City to conduct occasional training exercises by the San Rafael Fire Department
(SR -FD) on the Premises.
Paragraph 10. Notices is amended to add a copy of notices to the following:

Except as specifically modified herein all other terms and conditions of the License Agreement
executed between the parties as of October 1, 2014 remain in full force and effect.
By signing below, the parties agree to amend the License Agreement for the stated additional
limited purpose.
