1. Minutes, July 6, 2016
Stewart Summers moved and Bob Huntsberry seconded to Approve Motion to approve minutes as
presented. The vote is as follows:

2. Review of Final Details - Landscaping and Outdoor Community Space Amenities 2nd and
B Streets Housing Development Project - 815 B St. (Formerly 809 B St., and 1212 and 1214
2nd St.) APNS: 011-256-12, -14, -15 and -32 File No.: ED12-060; UP12-029; LLA12-003.

NEW BUSINESS
3. Chula Vista (Vacant Lots) –Conceptual Design Review of preliminary site plans and
building design concepts for development of up to six residences on infill hillside lots,
including conceptual plans for “Lot 5”, with associated roadway improvement at the end
of Chula Vista Drive; APN’s: 011-022-02, 03, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18; R5 District; Eucalyptus
Terrrace, LLC/Don Henderson owner/applicant. Project Planner: Kraig Tambornini

Board gave its comments. There was not motion/vote as this is a conceptual item.
