presented. The vote is as follows:

Staff Report
This item as Conceptual, so no vote required. The Board provided the applicant with the following
feedback:
• Modern design may be too modern given existing architectural styles
• Needs to provide more articulation
• Needs to provide trees
• No recommendation for landscaping in the landscape strip.
