Jeff Kent moved and Cheryl Lentini seconded to Approve Motion to approve minutes as presented. The
vote is as follows:

development, and which exhibits an upslope of approximately 33-percent grade from the

Cheryl Lentini moved and Jeff Kent seconded to recommend approval of project to the Planning
Commission with the conditions that the color and landscape palette come back to the Board on consent.
