Commission. The vote is as follows:

PUBLIC HEARING
2. 1201 Andersen Drive - Request for a Tentative Map to divide a condominium unit #1 (one
unit with different airspace heights) into two separate units #1A and #1B for the purpose
of individual separate ownership. Existing unit #1 is 3,800 square feet. Total building

Request for PD Rezoning, Master Use Permit amendment and Environmental and Design
Review Permit review of a 54 ft.-tall, 4 story, 72,396 sq ft office builidng on Parcel I of the
SRCC and a Phase II , 6-story expansion of the recently approved 6 story parking
structure at 788 Lincoln to accommodate parking spaces required for total buildout of the
project site at 3.3/1000 square feet ratio. No other improvements or program changes are
proposed.; APN's: 013-012-38 & -39, 013-021- 50, -51, 52, -53, -54 and -55, ; Planned
Development (PD1901) District; California Corporate Center Acquisition LLC, owner;

Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and approval of the mitigation monitoring and reporting
program. The vote is as follows:

amendment to the San Rafael Corporate Center to allow an additional Office Building and Parking
Structure. The vote is as follows:

Larry Paul moved and Mark Lubamersky seconded to recommend approval to the City Council the
approval of an amendment to the San Rafael Corporate Center and Master Use Permit and ED Permit
(with modifications and corrections to the conditions as outlined by staff) to allow additional Office
Building and Parking Structure Development. The vote is as follows:
