CONSENT
2. 4136 Redwood Highway: Request for Administrative Environmental and Design Review
Permit to review exterior changes to building color and materials, and minor landscaping
enhancements for the existing 14,222 square foot, two-story multi-tenant building on the
27,532 square foot project site. The interior spaces would be remodeled from the existing
ground floor retail space to a mix of retail/office use. The second floor space would remain
as office use; APN: 155-074-02; GC (General Commercial) Zoning District; Chris Dolan,
owner/applicant; File No.: ED16-047. (This item is continued from the September 7, 2016

NEW BUSINESS
3. 108 Bellam Blvd. (“Peter’s Beacon”) – Request for Conceptual Design Review proposing
redevelopment of an existing motor vehicle service station with minor repair (Smog Test) on
a 14,914 sq. ft. parcel located at the northeast corner of Bellam Blvd. and Francisco Blvd. E.
The project proposes approx. 600 sq. ft. of new bathroom, entry and service bay additions,
convert approx.1,200 sq. ft. of existing garage space to mini-market , new exterior colors and
materials on the building and fuel pump canopy, and additional site landscaping and parking;
