II. I, Anne Derrick, certify that on April 1, 2011, I posted a notice of the April 5, 2011 meeting of the Design
Review Board of the City of San Rafael, California, on the City of San Rafael Agenda Board
Members of the public may speak on agenda items. An opportunity for public comments will be
provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on each item.
Sign language interpreters and assistive listening devices may be requested by calling (415) 485-3198 (TDD) or (415) 485-3064 (voice)
at least 72 hours in advance. Copies of document are available in accessible formats upon request. Public transportation to City Hall
is available through Golden Gate Transit, Line 20 or 23. Para-transit is available by calling Whistlestop Wheels at (415) 454-0964. To
allow individuals with environmental illness or multiple chemical sensitivity to attend the meeting, individuals are requested to refrain
from wearing scented products.
