REGULAR MEETING

Members of the public may speak on agenda items.
An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on each item.

at least 72 hours in advance. Copies of document are available in accessible formats upon request. Public transportation to City Hall is
available through Golden Gate Transit, Line 20 or 23. Para-transit is available by calling Whistlestop Wheels at (415) 454-0964. To
allow individuals with environmental illness or multiple chemical sensitivity to attend the meeting, individuals are requested to refrain
from wearing scented products.

2. 917-921 Fourth Street (Fenix Supperclub)- Request for an Environmental and Design Review
Permit for exterior remodel, a Sign Review for new signs, and a Sign Exception for a fourth sign and
an electronic changeable copy sign; Use Permit (ZA level) for the operation of a supper club
involving full service bar, restaurant, take out food, live entertainment; APN: 011-263-08; 4SRC
