COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, 1400 FIFTH AVENUE SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA Members of the public may speak on agenda items. An opportunity for public comments will be provided prior to the Board beginning its discussion on each item. September 20, 2011 NEW BUSINESS 2. 21 G Street – Request for Conceptual Environmental and Design Review for demolition of existing residential structures and construction of a nine-unit, three-story residential townhome development on a through-lot with frontage on G Street and Ida Street.
