Construction Administration Services •Construction administration services by Loving Campos Associates Architects (LCA) include: •Submittal review and approval •Schedule management •Change order review •Weekly site visits •Punchlist and closeout •Construction administration services for the duration of the project (12 months) LCA request for these services is $280,300. 16 Traffic Mitigation Fee Update Funding: By the Essential Facilities Capital Projects Fund (#420). Design Review Board approved Public Council meetings for approval of Essential Facilities Strategic Plan including these two stations, and approval of design. Team intends to notice the public prior to start of construction. Construction team will continue to communicate with the public during construction to minimize disruptions.
