THIS AMENDMENT TO TASK ORDER No. 37 is entered into on I , 20�!
between the City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation ("City"), and BKF Engineers, (" onsultant").
RECITALS
A. The City and Consultant have entered into a Master Consultant Services Agreement
("Agreement") dated December 12, 2019 under which Consultant has agreed to perform professional
Civil services for the City.
B. Pursuant to the Agreement, on April 15, 2021, the City and Consultant entered into "Task
Order No. 37" under which Consultant agreed to perform Civil services in connection with City's
Bungalow Avenue Rehabilitation Design project (the "Project"), as specified in Exhibit A attached to and
included in Task Order No. 37, for a total not to exceed $29,150.
C. Pursuant to the Agreement, on June 17, 2021, the City and Consultant entered into "Task
Order No. 37.1" under which Consultant agreed to perform additional Civil services in connection with
the Project, as specified in Exhibit A attached to and included in Task Order No. 37.1, for additional
compensation in the amount of $9,700 and for a total not to exceed Task Order amount of $38,850.
D. City now requires Civil services for the Project, and the Consultant is willing to provide
such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree to amend Task Order No. 37 as follows:
AGREEMENT TO AMEND TASK ORDER NO. 37
1. Section 1 of Task Order No. 37, entitled "Scope of Services,", as amended by Task Order 37.1, is
hereby amended to include the additional services set forth in Consultant's proposal dated December 7,
2021, attached to this Amendment to Task Order No. 37 as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
2. Section 2 of Task Order No. 37, entitled "Date of completion; Work hours estimate; Cost estimate
and budget; Fee schedule" is hereby amended to include the additional services, work hours estimate, cost
estimate and budget set forth in Consultant's proposal dated December 7, 2021, attached to this Second
Rev. May 2013

Task Order
Amendment to Task Order No. 37 as Exhibit A, for an amount of $16,200, changing the total not to exceed
amount for Task Order No. 37 to $55,050.
3. Except as specifically amended herein, all of the other provisions, terms and obligations of Task
Order No. 37 dated April 15, 2021, as amended by Task Order No. 37. 1, shall remain valid and shall be in
full force.
4. Signatures. The parties have executed this Amendment to Task Order No. 37, as of the date first
written above.

TASK WORK DESCRIPTION
1 Additional budget for the Topographic
Survey task to collect limited additional
survey data at the newly -constructed curb
ramps at the intersection of Woodland
Avenue and Bungalow Avenue, and
additional survey data at the intersection of
Bungalow Avenue and Picnic Avenue. No
Boundary or right of way work is included.
2 Additional budget to revise the current
Construction Documents to widen the
portion of Bungalow Avenue from
Woodland Avenue to Picnic Avenue. In
addition to roadway widening, the existing
non-standard curbs, gutters, and driveways
will be replaced. The roadway widening will
result in the reduction of the width of the
existing sidewalk.

REASON FOR CHANGE: Client -requested redesign of Bungalow Avenue from Woodland Avenue to Picnic
Avenue.
