Streetary Program June 21, 2022 www.cityofsanrafael.org/depa rtments/publicworks/ Slide 10 Application Fees •Application fee: $2000 for a standard streetary (no overhead structure or electrical) •Application fee waived for December 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023 •No landlord approval required (however, landlord can take over for up to 6 months to fill vacant space) •Building permit required: For structures above 6 feet, electrical connections, and wired lighting Dept of Public Works & Economic Development Dept.
