The City Council has the following options to consider relating to this item:
1.Adopt the resolution as presented.
2.Adopt the resolution as amended.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt a resolution approving the City of San Rafael’s response to the Marin County Civil
Grand Jury’s report entitled, “Electrifying Marin’s Buildings: A Countywide Approach”
Recommendation 3 Response Revision
Grand Jury Response: Electrifying Marin’s Buildings
August 1, 2022
OPTION: Replace 2nd paragraph with the following:
“More analysis will be required to determine the most effective and
efficient route to take. However, should other jurisdictions decide to
participate, the City would be willing to help convene and coordinate
the development of Countywide Building Electrification or
implementation action plan.”
