•Staff has surveyed other cities in Marin to determine their
citation rates.
•Averages were calculated and used to determine our
recommendations.
•Staff conducted community outreach, including with the
Chamber of Commerce and BID.
•California Vehicle Code 40203.5 states "to the extent

standardize parking penalties."
