TO FIRST AMENDMENT TO BELOW MARKET RATE HOUSING AGREEMENT

This errata hereby amends the table in Section 4 of the executed First Amendment to the Below Market Rate Housing
Agreement, specifically correcting errors in the Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) shown for 25 Loch Lomond Drive (Lot
#2, Phase 1) and 36 Bayharbor Way (Lot #4, Phase 2). The table in Section 4 of the First Amendment to Below Market
Rate Housing Agreement should read as follows:
