TASK ORDER NO.74.2 (Amendment to Task Order No. 74) Environmental Discipline Pickleweed Park Field Renovation Contract Amount: $10,000 THIS AMENDMENT TO TASK ORDER No. 74 is entered into on Jun 20, 2023 between the City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation ("City"), and WRA, Inc., ("Consultant") RECITALS A. The City and Consultant have entered into a Master Consultant Services Agreement ("Agreement") dated January 30, 2020 under which Consultant has agreed to perform professional Environmental services for the City. B. Pursuant to the Agreement, on April 14, 2022, the City and Consultant entered into "Task Order No. 74" under which Consultant agreed to perform Environmental services in connection with City's Pickleweed Park Field Renovation project (the "Project"), as specified in Exhibit A attached to and included in Task Order No. 74, for a total not to exceed $11,200. C. Pursuant to the Agreement, on October 6, 2022, the City and Consultant entered into "Task Order No. 74.1" under which Consultant agreed to perform additional Environmental services in connection with the Project, as specified in Exhibit A attached to and included in Task Order No. 74.1, for a total not to exceed $28,960, changing the total of Task Order No. 74 not to exceed $40,160. D. City now requires additional professional services for the Project, and the Consultant is willing to provide such services. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree to amend Task Order No. 74 as follows: AGREEMENT TO AMEND TASK ORDER NO. 74 1. Section 1 of Task Order No. 74, entitled "Scope of Services," is hereby amended to include the additional services set forth in Consultant's proposal dated April 28, 2023, attached to this Amendment to Task Order No. 74 as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. 2. Section 2 of Task Order No. 74, entitled "Date of completion; Work hours estimate; Cost estimate and budget; Fee schedule" is hereby amended to include the additional services, work hours estimate, cost estimate and budget set forth in Consultant's proposal dated April 28, 2023, attached to this Amendment to Task Order No. 74 as Exhibit A, for an amount of $10,000, changing the total not to exceed to $50,160. (WRA) to continue to provide permitting support to the City of San Rafael Public Works Department (City; Client) for the proposed Pickleweed Field Improvements Project (Project) located in the City of San Rafael, Morin County, California. WRA prepared a permit application package on behalf of the Project in April and May 2022. In July 2022, the City expanded the scope of the Project to include additional park enhancements. CO #1, which was authorized by the City on October 6, 2022, authorized an additional $6,270 for WRA's BCDC permitting effort. In order to adequately respond to the substantial number of comments received by the Project from BCDC on April 11, 2023, and the expectation that at least one more round of comments with BCDC will be issued, WRA requests additional budget to cover our effort under this task. SCOPE OF WORK WRA requests additional budget for the following task: TASK 1: BCDC Permitting Under this task, WRA will continue to support the Project's BCDC permitting process, including preparation of responses of up to two rounds of permit application comments from BCDC. ESTIMATED COST The estimated cost for the services described in this Scope of Work is provided below. This cost is based on the assumptions above and normal working conditions. Costs may be reallocated between tasks, but the total cost will not be exceeded without authorization. 1.
