•2021/2022 ~ $1.15M
–12 miles with 200,000+ square yards of treatments
–Glenwood, Loch Lomond, and Dominican neighborhoods
•2022/2023 ~ $1.74M
–8 miles with 410,000+ square yards of treatments
–Bret Harte, Canal, and Downtown/Gerstle Park neighborhoods
•2023/2024 ~ $1.59M
–5.4 miles with 125,000+ square yards of treatments (mostly micro-surfacing)
–Terra Linda and Canal neighborhoods

•Fremont & Marquard: $175k
•Point San Pedro Road (City & County): $400k
•Dig-out project (for future PMP preservation): $500k
•Center Street Curb Ramps: $375k
•City-Led Sidewalk Repair Program (ADA curb ramps, so we can do
more extensive treatments)

–Incorporate Pavement rehabilitation with preservation
–Add roads to a 7-10 preservation cycle
•Explore opportunities to stretch the dollar
–Seek grant opportunities
•Partner with development, utility, and other agencies
•Build more transparency to the process
•Optimize in-house maintenance efforts
