HomeMy WebLinkAboutPW Service Level Agreement; Task Order No. 113.1; Project Development and Plan Review SupportCity of San Rafael SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 3, 2023 WITH PARAMETRIX, INC TASK ORDER NO. 113.1 (Amendment to Task Order No. 113) Project Development and Plan Review Support Amendment Amount: $25,000 THIS AMENDMENT TO TASK ORDER No. 113 is entered into on Sep 23, 2024 between the City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Parametrix, Inc., ("Contractor") RECITALS A. Whereas Master Consultant Services Agreement is hereby renamed Service Level Agreement; and B. The City and Contractor (as may be identified as "Consultant" in the original Agreement) have entered into a Service Level Agreement ("Agreement") dated November 3, 2023 under which Contractor has agreed to perform certain contract services for the City; and C. Pursuant to the Agreement, on April 16, 2024, the City and Contractor entered into "Task Order No. 113" under which Contractor agreed to perform contract services in connection with City's Project Development and Plan Review Support (the "Project"), for a total not to exceed $30,000; and D. City now requires additional services for the Project, and the Contractor is willing to provide such services. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree to amend Task Order No. 113 as follows: AGREEMENT TO AMEND TASK ORDER 1. Section l entitled "Scope of Services," is hereby amended to include the additional services set forth in Exhibit A of this Task Order Amendment. 2. Section 2 entitled "Date of completion; Work hours estimate; Cost estimate and budget; Fee schedule" is hereby amended to include the additional services, work hours estimate, cost estimate and budget set forth in Exhibit A, for an amount not to exceed $25,000, changing the total not to exceed to $55,000. 3. Except as specifically amended herein, all of the other provisions, terms and obligations of Task Order No. 1 13 shall remain valid and shall be in full force. Signatures. As per request, Parametrix proposes an amendment of an additional $25,000 budget. As part of this task order, Parametrix will continue to provide near -term services as identified by the City of San Rafael. Our services under this task order may include review and comment on transportation impact studies, transportation operation studies, or other reports submitted as part of project development applications, civil, striping, and signal engineering design plan set review of transportation projects, providing input to City staff on transportation engineering matters, and responding to other requests. We will continue to maximize and clarify what services are cost recoverable for the City in order to most wisely manage outlays. The term for this task order will be the same as that for the master consultant services agreement, and the budget for these services will not exceed $25,000 without prior written approval by the City. Services will be charged at applicable hourly rates, and invoices will be sent on a monthly basis. Please do advise on your agreement with this proposal, and we look forward to serving the City on these important matters!
