1. Call to Order
2. Discussion Items
a. Update on Sanctioned Camping Area
The Committee will receive an update on the Sanctioned Camping Area and will
have an opportunity to meet the contractor team supporting the program.
b. Update on Ongoing Enforcement Activities
The Committee will receive an update regarding the ongoing enforcement of SRMC
19.50 (Camping on Public Property).
c. Review of the McGuire Earmark and Encampment Resolution Fund Round 3
Agreements between the City of San Rafael and the County of Marin.
The Committee will receive an update on the development of the McGuire Earmark
and Encampment Resolution Fund Round 3 agreements between the City and the
County of Marin. These agreements are required for the County to transfer funds to
the City for the Sanctioned Camping Area program.
d. Planning for October 14, 2024, Joint City-County Homelessness Subcommittee
Meeting
The Committee will discuss the plans for the upcoming City-County Homelessness
Subcommittee meeting.

4. Public Comment – Items not on the Agenda
a. The public is welcome to address the subcommittee at this time on matters not on
the agenda that are within its jurisdiction. Public comments under this category may
be limited to two minutes per speaker per item at the discretion of the Chair with
consent of the Committee.
5. Adjournment
Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the board or commission less
than 72 hours before the meeting, shall be available for inspection in the City Manager’s Office, 1400 Fifth
Avenue, Room 203. Sign Language interpreters and assistive listening devices may be requested by

Telecommunications Relay Service by dialing “711”, at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting. Copies
of documents are available in accessible formats upon request. Public transportation is available through

0964. To allow individuals with environmental illness or multiple chemical sensitivity to attend the
meeting/hearing, individuals are requested to refrain from wearing scented products.
