1. CALL TO ORDER
2. SUBCOMMITTEE AND STAFF INTRODUCTIONS
3. OPENING REMARKS ON COUNTY-CITY PARTNERSHIP
The City Manager and County Executive will provide opening remarks regarding the County
and City’s ongoing partnership.
4. OTHER AGENDA ITEMS
a. Review of Joint State Encampment Resolution Fund (ERF-3) Grant Acceptance,
Contract Approval Process
County staff will provide an overview of the process for receiving and distributing
grant funds, and the approach for Board of Supervisors approvals.

b. Review of Draft Collaborative Agreement regarding ERF-3 Funds, Senator
McGuire Funds, and 50/50 Match for Case Manager
The Subcommittee will receive an update on the proposed Memorandum of
Understanding between the County and City.

c. Update on City Homelessness Solutions Working Group
City and County Staff will provide an update on the Homelessness Solutions
Working Group
5. FUTURE MEETING DATES AND AGENDA ITEMS
The Subcommittee will discuss potential dates for a follow-up meeting in January 2025 and
future agenda items.
6. PUBLIC COMMENT
The public is welcome to address the subcommittee at this time on matters on the agenda
that are within its jurisdiction. Public comments under this category may be limited to two
minutes per speaker per item at the discretion of the Chair with consent of the Committee.
