Stephanie Lovette, Economic Development Coordinator, stated that this was a series of reports on the financial
aspect of the Redevelopment Agency and housing activities for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009. The
Agency is required by state law to file these reports, as well as the Agency's audit. She noted the Housing
Activities Report, a narrative about the Agency's activities, was also included.
Regarding the audit, Ms. Lovette stated it had an unqualified opinion, which was good, and the Agency was
required to make a finding that the administrative expenses for the housing fund were reasonable.
Ms. Lovette stated staff requested approval of the reports, forwarding them to the City Council for their approval.
The City Council is the legislative body for the Redevelopment Agency and the state requires that the City
