RESOLUTION NO. _
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND AC-
KNOWLEDGMENT OF THE ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM AND RECORDA-
TION THEREOF IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER
OF THE COUNTY OF MARIN, CALIFORNIA
WOODLAND AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that
WHEREAS, after proceedings therefor duly had and taken, and
on August 1, 1961, this Council duly approved and confirmed an
assessment and diagram in proceedings conducted pursuant to Reso-
lution No. 2297 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention,
adopted by this Council on February 15, 1960, and said diagram and
assessment, as approved, have been duly recorded in the office of
the Superintendent of Streets of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. The City Clerk of the City of San Rafael is hereby
authorized and directed to certify, on a true copy of said diagram,
the fact that it was filed with him on the 26th day of June, 1961,
and that it was approved and confirmed by this Council on August 1,
1961, and that he has been authorized and directed to have said
diagram filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Marin, California, as hereafter provided.
2. The Superintendent of Streets of the City of San Rafael
is hereby authorized and directed to certify, on a true copy of
said diagram, the fact that said diagram, with the assessment there-
to attached, was duly recorded in his office on the 2nd day of
August, 1961.
3. The City Clerk of the City of San Rafael is further
authorized and directed to have his signature on said certification:
acknowledged in the manner provided by law, and to record said ;,oue
copy of said diagram, duly executed and acknowledged, in the of-
fice of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, California.
4. Upon recordation of said diagram in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Marin, as above provided, the lot;
for parcels of land, the assessments against which are to be repre-
jsented by bonds to be issued under the Improvement Act of 1911,
°may be described in said bonds by the assessment number as it ap-
j'pears on said recorded diagram by appropriate reference to said
;diagram as recorded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of San Rafael, California, at a meeting there-
of held on the
