RESOLUTION AMENDING ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE
OF COST OF IMPROVEMENTS,TO BE ACQUIRED
AND ENGINEER'S REPORT IN WHITE OAKS UNIT
TWO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of October, 1961, the owners of
certain property filed a petition to form the White Oaks Unit Two
Assessment District with the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California; and
WHEREAS, said petition requested that all disbursements
of funds in connection with the proceedings of said assessment dis-
trict be made in accordance with "Exhibit A" attached thereto and
entitled "Engineer's Estimate of Cost of Acquisition of Improvements
For White Oaks Unit Two Assessment District, City of San Rafael,
California"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, adopted its Resolution No. 2537 on the 2nd day
of October, 1961, accepting the terms of said petition including the
Engineer's Estimate of Cost attached thereto as Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of October, 1961, the Engineer's
Report and assessment was filed with the City Clerk, which report
contains an estimate of the cost of acquisition of said improvements;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Engineer's Estimate
of Cost and the Engineer's Report and assessment hereinabove referred
to in order that said Engineer's Estimate of Cost and the Engineer's
Report and assessment will contain the increased costs determined by
said City Council to be paid to said city for administrative overhead
and bond service fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, does hereby resolve(
and find:
1. That the Engineer's Estimate of Cost for the acquisi-
tion and construction of improvements in White Oaks Unit Two
Assessment District, San Rafael, California, attached to the above-
mentioned petition and labeled "Exhibit A" is hereby amended to
contain the estimate of costs attached hereto and entitled "Amended
Engineer's Estimate of Cost of Acquisition of Improvements For White
Oaks Unit Two Assessment District, City of San Rafael, California"
and hereby made a part hereof.
2. That the Engineer's Report and assessment hereinabove
referred to is hereby amended to contain the revised estimate of
costs as shown on the "Amended Engineer's Estimate of Cost of Acquisi-
tion of Improvements for White Oaks Unit Two Assessment District,
City of San Rafael, California".
3. That the moneys received from the.proceeds of assessments
levied and bonds issued will be disbursed in accordance with the
said schedule of costs annexed hereto.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 20th day of
November, 1961, by the following vote, to wit:
