RESMUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, publl$ Interest, convenlence and welfare requires that the
real property hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for the benefit
of the pubsio of the City of San Rafael, California;
MOM, THEREFORE, be It hereby RESMVED by the City Conrail of the
Clay of San Rafael, California, that that certain )rant of real property for
