RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAL•L
ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107,5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODS
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement has been presented to be entered into
between the State of California and the City of San Rafael for the expendi•
ture of the Engineering Allocation to Cities; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has heard read said Agreement in full
and is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHETS, a budget proposal for the expenditure of funds allocated
under Section 5107.5 of the Streets and Highways Code for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1962_, has been prepared for presentation to the State of
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael that said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as the budget
of proposed expenditures of the Engineering Allocation to Cities, and said
budget proposal be and the same is hereby approved and Norris m. Rawles,
Supervisor of Public Works is directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City, said budget proposal to be binding upon the City upon its approval by
the authorized Officials of the State.
