RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND AUTHORIZING
FILING OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION IN RAFAEL
RACQUET CLUB ESTATES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, IAAZIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work of Rafael Racquet Club
Estates Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin County,
California, has certified to this City Council that the work and
improvements in said Assessment District have been completed and
performed in accordance with the plans and specifications and to
the satisfaction of the Director of Public Wprks of the City of
San Rafael.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San R.afael'that said work and improvements hereinabove
described be, and it is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael as complete, and is accepted for maintenance
by said City of San Rafael.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of San Rafael be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin
a Notice of Completion of said work.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
County of Marin, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof,
held on the STG� day of 1-�(Gr—C A , 1962, by the following vote,
to -wit:
