Club Estates, San Rafael, California", heretofore adopted on the
17th day of October, 1960, is hereby amended to contain the
estimate of costs attached hereto and entitled "Final Amended
Engineer's Estimate of Cost for Acquisition and Construction of
Improvements in Rafael Racquet Club Estates, San Rafael, California",
and hereby made a part hereof.
2. That the moneys received from the proceeds of assessments
levied and bonds issued will be disbursed in accordance with the
said schedule of costs annexed hereto.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 5th day of
March, 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
