"-a£n .�stln3g underground s'Go>...;: and 3aW.- ary sewers, gas lines and water linens; the acquisition of certain real property, easements and rights-of- way, together with all appurtenances necessary thereto In Irwin Street., Billow Street, Dolores Street, Bret Avenue, Woodland Avenue,, Lovell Avenue, De Luca Place,, Duo Bois Street, Lincoln Avenues, Duffv Place, Jor°dan. Street and in eaasementa and rights- of-way as shown In the plans and specifications RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Improvements be constructed In the said stree$as,g avenues, roads,, lanes, courts, places public ways hereinabove descslbed, of the dimensions,, materials., and In the particular locations to be set forth and shown on the plans and :speoifications aarad detailed drawings hereinafter referred to; together with thm construction of all appurtenances thereto, including necessary fittings, trenchingaas, grading and regrading., excavation and fill, removal of obstructions, connections to exist - Ing services, back filling, reconastructlon of existing ground surface as required to conditions existing prior to comencement of construction, all In the manner, of the materials and to the dimensions and to the grades and in the particular locations as the saw will be more fully shown on the plans and specifications and detailed drawings hereinafter referred t® s -I- E .. H I IT f That the atructures and work and IWrovements herein described shall be constructed to the grades, sub-gradees, and elevations severally to be shown upon the plans and profiles and detailed drawings thereof in the respective locations thereof, which said grades aT�e hereby adopted and established as the official grades therefor for all purposes In connection with proceedings pursuant to this Resolution of Intentionj notice Is hereby further given that said grades may be, in part, new and different from those heretofore established or existing, or may be different from existing V?ol�a6 levels; Excepting foam all of the herein described work all of said work that has al-,ady been done to the lines and grades to be shown on said plans and praf'f.les, and in accordance with said playas and specifIcaational All of said work shall include, without duplication, any and all street intersections, terminations and opposite terminations occurring within the limitation of said work. Rafael, County of Marin, State of California". Excepting from the area shown and delineated on said map hereinabove referred to,, the area of all public streets, avenues, lanes, roads, drives, courts, places, public parrs.. and all easements and rights of way therein contained belonging to the public and also all property owned by the City of San Rafael, County of florin, State of California and the United States of A—,rica, contained therein now in use in the performance of a public function. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that serial bonds shall be issued In the manner and farm provided in Part 5, Division 7, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California (Improvement Act of 1911) to represent unpaid assessments of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or over, which said bonds shall bear interost at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum and the last Installment of which binds shall mature fourteen (14) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding tho next September !at following their elate. Said bonds shall be payable to bearer, and may be redeemed as provided In the Improvement Act of 1911 and there shall be added to the redemption clause in said bonds the following words% " .... d together with a p us of five per cent (5%) of said unpaid principal." Proceedings for all work shall be taken pursuant to the cipal Improvement Acis of 1913, except that the bonds 4n - above described shall be Issued under the Improve:.. nt Act of 1.911, as heretofore described. BE IT FURTM RESOLVED that in accordance with the pro- visions of Sections 10203 and 10204 of the Streets and highways Code, being a part of the Municipal Imp _ _ . nt Act of 1913, the 1.:."iter of the improvements herein referred to is hereby referred to DAR COIZMAX ASSOCIATES, Civil Engineers, and the persons by this City Council for the purpose of having charge and control of the public improvements described in this resolution. -3- Said DAN COLEMAN ASSOCIATES, Civil Engineers, is hereby directed to make and file th t,.,..: City Clerk of the City of San Rafael a ::._,ort in writing containing the followings (a) Flans and specifications of the proposed improvement If the improvement is not already installed. (b) A .:ral description of works or applianc*s already and any other property necessary or con- venient for the op -ration of the improvement, If the works, appliances or property are to be acqulmd as part of the improvement.
